We will gladly replace damaged or defective products within 30 days of the ship date.
However, because of the nature of our products, if you have a product that is not defective and you decide for any other reason not to keep the product, we do have a 14 day return/refund policy. Products must be returned two weeks from the time of shipment. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned products and shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do have product descriptions on the web site that we encourage you to read before you order so you are able to order the best product for your needs.
When you call our office for a return or refund, please have your invoice in hand.
