Refund & Cancellation Policies

Clinics
1. Each client that enrolls in a clinic must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total enrollment to reserve a space in class. The client’s deposit will be applied against the balance due (which is no later than the day of the first course)
2. If a client enrolls in a clinic and pays 100% at least 60 days prior to the first day of a clinic, the client will receive a 10% discount off their total enrollment tuition.
3. If a client fails to attend a clinic for any reason, the client will not be entitled to any refund. However, any amounts paid by such client will be applied against the full price (not discounted) total enrollment fee for the next scheduled clinic if the client desires to attend such clinic. The client has one year to use the credit.

Horsemanship and Apprentice programs
1. Each client that enrolls in a program must make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total enrollment to reserve a space in class. The client’s deposit will be applied against the balance due (which is no later than the day of the first course)
2. If a client enrolls in a program and pays their 100% deposit at least 60 days prior to the first day of the program, the client will receive a 10% discount off their total enrollment tuition for each section.
3. If a client fails to attend a scheduled program for any reason, the client will not be entitled to any refund. However, any amounts paid by such client will be applied against the full price (not discounted) total enrollment fee for the next scheduled program if the client desires to attend such program. The client has one year to use the credit.

Boarding for horses in Training
1 There is a non-refundable deposit of $460, which will hold your place for the month requested.
2. The $460 deposit is transferable only with notice 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival of the horse or with medical reason with written paperwork from a veterinarian.
