Are you facing a special issue with your horse and cannot attend a clinic or come to the ranch? Charles is now offering an innovative service designed to provide real help on an ongoing basis for people at remote locations.

For just $150, you can join a membership which entitles you to extensive training consultation services with Charles. This service is being made available to no more than 20 people at any time. The evaluation and consultation services are good for 6 month increments, and as a charter member, you would always have the option of renewing - even if there were people wait-listed.

Once you have enrolled as a a member. You send Charles videos (in any format) of your horse showing the challenges you are having, or highlighting performance issues you want to improve. These videos should also show you working with the horse in the specific situation you would like addressed. Charles himself will review the video in depth and respond to you with specific recommendations and exercises designed to help you achieve the success you are seeking. As a member you are allowed to send up to six videos for each enrollment period, and Charles will respond in full to every submission.

Upon registration through our products page, you will be sent a full membership kit explain the benefits and processes.

Charles is also available for personal phone consultations.  To schedule this virtual training service, simply send an email with a full description of the issue you would like to discuss with Charles personally.  The barn manager will contact you to set up a time for Charles to call you at your convenience. The fee is $125 for a full one hour phone consultation, or $75 for a half hour.  Please provide a credit card number when the barn manager contacts you.  International phone rates will be added on where applicable.
